Refunds / Cancellations / Exchange Policy

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations within 60 days of the scheduled date of the voucher.
  • A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made within 60-90 days of the scheduled date of the voucher.
  • A 90% refund will be given for cancellations made 90+ days of the scheduled date of the voucher.
  • Should the need arise to change the schedule date of your UDE, the following notice is required: -
  • For booking of 0-8 persons, minimum 24 hours notice;
  • For bookings of 9-20 persons, minimum 7 days notice;
  • For books of 20+ persons, minimum 30 days notice;
  • GE may, in their discretion, alter their refund policy on a case-by-case basis. GE’s decision with respect to a refund is final.

Delivery

Delivery Method is via email upon purchasing the ticket information and receipt / confirmation will go direct to your email inputted. The experience will then take place at the booked allotted time and date.
Delivery places will be a range of venues within Sydney and outlined in the confirmation email also but will always be in the suburb and area as stated on the package description.
Delivery charges include a 1% credit card charge fee passed on by Guerrilla Eats to its customers.
Customer Obligations are to arrive at the destination on time and in the event of no show let Guerrilla Eats know in advance as much as possible. Also customer should check their spam folder for deliverables.
